How much is the cost of shipping?

Currently, we offer free shipping worldwide with no additional or hidden charges on orders of $35 or more. Others shipping rates are live in the checkout page. All orders are processed for up to 5 days and come complete with a tracking number so you can stay up to date on your order once it is dispatched. Tracking may not be available to all countries. We also can ship orders in separate packages. The shipping time does not include the processing time that can take up to 3 days.

How long does it take to receive my package?

For US the usual estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days while international customers has the estimated delivery time is 7-50 business days. The shipping time does not include the processing time that can take up to 3 days.

Can I return the purchased item?

Yes, we accept product returns as long as they will satisfy our return and exchange conditions found in our Refund, Return and Exchange Policy page.

Do you accept credit card payments?

Yes, we use the secure Paypal checkout that accepts all credit card payments.

Can I send your product as gift to third party individuals?
